Planning Services (Upon Approval)

 * Assist in developing a project plan, management plan, critical path schedule, cost analysis, funding options, resource management plan, communications plan, and contingency and risk plans.

 

Implementation Services

 * Monitor implementation plan and schedule.

 * Monitor performance criteria and project variances as to time and cost.

 * Document project.

 * Organize and conduct stand up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

 * Preparer and review meeting notes.

 * Document lessons learned.

 

Customer Services

 * Meet with identified prospects pre bid, RFI or RFP

 * Review or help formulate responses to bids, RFIs or RFPs

 * Recommend operational and strategic measures

 * Develop a risk contingency plan

 * Maintain customer contact before, during and after award

 * Assist with developing training schedules and SOPs

 * Identify customer outcomes and performance standards

 * Periodically monitor help desk ticket resolution
